Practical outcomes
What happens next depends on the issue.
Start by contacting us with the order details. The guide covers the usual approach, and we’ll confirm the appropriate next step for your order.
Contact AMPChange-of-mind returns
Common stocked items may be accepted for return where the goods are unused, in resellable condition, in original or suitable packaging where applicable, and returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Custom, special order and made-to-order items
These products are generally not returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise agreed by AMP.
Damaged or faulty goods
Please notify us as soon as possible. Include photos of the goods and packaging where relevant, your order or invoice details, and a short description of the issue. Damage claims should be raised within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
An incorrect item was supplied
Replacement is our preferred first remedy. If replacement is not possible or is not accepted, we may arrange a credit, refund or another resolution by agreement.
Short supply, missing items or backorders
We will confirm whether you prefer to accept the shorter supply, wait until the full order can be supplied, or backorder the missing items for delivery when stock becomes available.
Restocking fees and adjustments
AMP does not generally charge restocking fees. A fee or adjustment may apply where a change-of-mind return is not received in good, resellable condition.
