  • 1. Tell us what you need

    Share product names, quantities, delivery suburb and any important use-case details. If you are unsure, describe what you are packing, shipping or storing.

  • 2. We check pricing and suitability

    We confirm product data, availability and pricing before quoting. Where useful, we can suggest suitable local, lower-impact or better-fit alternatives.

  • 3. Quote, approve and dispatch

    We'll send you a quote with item details and pricing, applicable freight charges and GST. Standard quote validity is 30 days, subject to stock availability.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no strict minimum order value. Carton quantities are encouraged where they make the supply and freight more efficient.

How are prices shown?

Quotes show unit pricing ex GST, line totals ex GST, GST and the total including GST. Freight is shown separately.

Can I open a trade account?

New business customers generally prepay. Approved customers may receive net 30 days from the invoice date after credit approval; terms remain subject to review.

Can you source products not listed online?

Yes. Send the application, dimensions, quantity, frequency and timing. We will confirm whether a suitable product or alternative can be supplied.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. Pickup from Huntingdale is welcome during business hours once the order is ready.
