Dispatch timing

Stocked items ordered before 12pm are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm generally dispatch on the next business day. Products sourced to order may require additional supplier lead time; we will confirm timing where it materially affects the order.

Melbourne Metro delivery

Standard Melbourne Metro delivery is $30 + GST per order. Delivery availability and timing can depend on the products, quantity and destination.

Australia-wide freight

Freight outside Melbourne Metro is assessed case by case so the service and charge suit the order. Larger, unusual or regional deliveries may require confirmation before dispatch.

Pickup from Huntingdale

Pickup is welcome from 48B Hargreaves Street, Huntingdale VIC 3166, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Please wait until we confirm the order is ready before collecting.
